Perfectly pleasant stay, comfortable rooms, wonderful atmosphere.

I have always traveled to the area for business, since 2016 to be exact. I dont always stay here at the Residence but when I do it's for the most part enjoyable. One of the best run hotels I have EVER stayed in. The front desk staff is very professional superb service every time. There is one older man in the morning who is not so pleasant, he's actually quite rude. The breakfast attendant is also rude as well so I just make breakfast in my room because she always has an attitude problem. The housekeepers are very kind, I prefer to not have my room serviced because I keep clean on my own but they provide me with things I need. I would give it 5 stars except for those 2 people I mentioned. I also won't forget to mention Diana the director of sales. She is a very kind woman that really goes above and beyond, she's a very genuine person who really takes pride in helping others. I normally don't make any reviews but the staff here for the most part made me feel special.

My family and I are about to complete a week stay at this fine hotel. The rooms are clean, the space is comfortable, and the staff are helpful and courteous. I would be happy to give a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for an unpleasant experience we had with an employee that helps with breakfast. The employee was visibly bothered when asked for help, and seemed to be unhappy working there. She was definitely not synchronized with the entire hotel culture which was otherwise welcoming, and hospitable. 4/5 stars, would consider staying again.

Wonderful kitchenettes and the service was great. Carpets just need some updating due to moisture, so could use some dehumidifiers too. But, overall nice place.

Amazing property and staff. Lizbeth Chapa at the front desk is the jewel of the hotel. Very attentive and servicial. Also Fatima Garcia sales manager excellent customer service and very helpful in all requests. Would definitely return to this great hotel.

Very nice, clean hotel. The rooms are spacious. I loved the full size refrigerator and kitchen area. The shower was also very nice. They had free breakfast with a nice variety. The pool and gym was also nice and clean. The staff was friendly. They are also dog friendly. There is a fee to bring your dogs. My only complaint is the bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped. But overall this is a very nice hotel.

We had 2 rooms for 3 nights, and were very happy with our stay. While parts of the hotel are dated, it was clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and a variety of choices each day. Great location next to HEB.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for over 8 years up to 5 times a year. The resson for returning is the STAFF. There is not a high turn over which speaks for the management. Always clean rooms. Today I was taken by suprise!! It was my birthday and I was greeted in my room by a card and small gifts. It made being away from my family much better. The staff here I consider my second family. Thank you Monica (general manager) and staff for making me feel special.
